Dab radio channels

Hi guys got a standard vw golf dab radio unit in my golf...cant get absolute 80s or 90s anymore..were working fine , done scan, auto update but not picking up these stations anymore just get the pic on display..any ideas?

Is your radio DAB + as a lot of DAB stations moved from DAB to DAB + in the last few years?

No I don't think it is dab plus ..just a standard vw dab unit with a cd player..

Absolute Radio Country and Absolute Classic Rock go national with DAB+ in UK​

From Monday 16 October, Absolute 80s and Absolute Radio 90s will be available in stereo across the UK with DAB+. The good news is you probably won’t need to do anything, and we’ll sound better! If you switch your radio on and it’s all gone quiet, scroll through the station list or do a re-scan. In addition, Absolute Radio Country and Absolute Classic Rock are going national and will be available to more people across the UK."

I had to upgrade my DAB radios in the house when lots of other stations moved to DAB+
