CCcam Issues with OpenPLI

Hello,
I recently installed OpenPLI 4 on my Vu+ Solo2 box and installed CCcam 2.3.0, I got a CCcam.cfg file with 3 c-lines which work but when I check the settings on the box I have no 'Shares' 'ActiveClients' and 'Clients'...

Is there something that I have done wrong or is it my provider that is messing up?
I only got a CCcam.cfg file from the provider which makes me think that I am missing some files...

I can only watch 'free' channels and not the ones my provider promised...

Sorry for asking this on here but the Support from my provider is really slow on responding to email and they don't have a forum...

I presume you have started the cam? sorry to ask.

Yeah the cam is started and it gets connection to the C: lines in the .cfg file but as explained above it doesn't work :/

I also made an error in the above post which I am going to fix

Nothing we can advise if your connected then the problem is with who your connected to.

So the best thing to do is to change provider and hope that it works then?
