BIOS/UEFI BIOS password reset / master pwd generator

Here you go guys, not my proggy so thanks to original developer. This little thing is hard to come by.

This will unlock your Dell computer whether it is BIOS or HDD master password.

You need to enter the full Asset number including the "-" for the BIOS and the first ** for the HDD password.

Even works with the dreaded 595B models.

how reliable are these paid website services. Can you recommend a decent one. What are they doing to provide admin password as opposed to going through dell? Do they have a keygen that no one else has access too?

never had the need to use one so can't recommend any
how they get them I don't know

What about a hardware reset? Does the d630 have a chip like say the 24c02 that can be shorted to reset the password? Does anyone know?

as far as I'm aware none of the methods of removing battery, shorting chip etc work

I have a Dell Inspiron N4110 the hit number is 728BA399 service tag is FH5BSQ1. It boots up and goes straight to the password. I've tried every which way possible to find the password for this thing. I've had it for years and my kids got ahold of it and set the password.. Any help on that one?

The best way to reset the password is to master reset the Bios its self.

If you have a tower then its very simple,

1. Shutdown the pc and agin accses to the motherboard.

2. If you look for a small flat bettery simler to a battery found in car keys,

3. There will be a little clip on the site side,
once you found that remove the battery.

4. Power up the pc without the battery
wait for the post bios sreen then power of the pc

5. Place the battery back into the pc then power up again

then you should be able to boot into your Bios

Most new motherboards has a 'CMOS'restset(bios reset) by instead of removing the battery,

You move a jumper on the motherboard then placing the jumper back

but still following the same steps.

IF you have a loptop then this is going to result in removing the bottom pannels of the laptop to see if you can get to its battery, BUT most of the time you may have to remove the motherboard from the laptop to gain accses to the battery.

for the models it was made for it is 100% accurate
but it can't do the newer models that have come along as these have a different algo
