Skybox F5 Xbox on box freezes

Any body know why when my daughter is on her Xbox my skybox freezes

It could be taking up broadband.

Check your speed from your ISP.
If there's a lot of devices connected on your network it will slow it down. Although your slybox should not need much speed. If there's homeplugs used reboot them and your modem often.
If homeplugs are plugged into extension lead take them out and use wall socket.
Not recommended to use homeplugs in extension leads.

Have had Xbox from Xmas just started last couple weeks plugged straight in to router
