[DM800HD] Help with DM800HD Sim201 #76-C

Hi all,

Been a while since I posted in here. I just dug out my dreambox from my garage and thought I need to get this baby up and running again. I'm currently running Dream Elite image which is sim 201 #76-C. It's running fine but the addons from their server is dead. I mean, every link is a blank box. I think I need a new image, but most images are ssl 84. The question is? do I just upload an image to the box or do I need to update my bootloader to 84 then upload an image?? Like I said, its been a while.

You will need to flash the 84d bootloader for your sim2 box and then flash an 84d image.

Both by browser if you use the nfi version of the bootloader.

I do have an image #84 ready to upload to my box but i struggling find a bootload file 84d to upload.. Where can i find bootloader file??

Yeah, not sure what's happened to my posts. I had posted quite a bit back, something like 4, 5 years ago in networking section, I've been a member for 6 years and now it's only showing 2 posts in my dash board??

I might need my reading glasses on (lol) but i still can't find the bootloader file for 84d

Its usually a 24hr wait for privledges after the 5th post to update.

However as a member for all those year ive updated your account logout and back in.

Yes mate that is the way to do it 84d ssl then image .
