Do you actually see it flash sometimes USB sticks are not read.

If you sure it flashed try another PSU this can cause it to stick on boot if its weak.

Ok so if it runs a openbox its probably a Universal LNB.

So how have you got you tuner setup

If your dish is looking at 28e

Should do the trick make sure the lnb cable is going to the tuner you have configured.

its flashed complete 100%. no usb error. after successfull flash it always stuk on boot

Well do so i think this will fix it, as the box tries to boot and bring in the tuner etc more demand is put on the power supply when power supplies start to go weak the box fail to bring in the tuner etc and wont boot.
