I've been given a power tool battery charger to look at, it keeps blowing the internal fuse, would anyone have any ideas as to whats wrong or maybee a circuit diagram?
It looks a bit like the box capacitor near the fuse has been smoking.
My very unscientific approach would be to stick a piece of heavy duty wire where the fuse is and see what starts smoking. Needless to say I haven't fixed much this way
Might be of more use to some of the techy folks on here if you mentioned what make and model etc.

Err sorry, should have paid more attention to the title
I have same charger with exactly same problem. I measured all electrolytic capacitors with ESR-meter - they were all good. I desoldered the yellow box cap (beside the fuse) as a troubleshooting, no help. The fuse burns very violently and immediately. Did you get a solution, dar1437??
