Can someone help me with this....

Hi guys

I've got a problem with PayPal at the moment, I brought some pro duo memory cards from a well known Hong Kong site and when they arrived I tested every one of them by using h2testw. Most of the memory cards were fine but 7 of the 20 of them wasn’t, instead of 16gb as printed they were 2gb or less so I emailed their customer support and waited and waited for a reply nothing. After a week of trying I made a claim with PayPal stated goods not as described now I receive this email:

In the mean time PayPal and eBay have limited my accounts until this is sorted and freezing some money in the account so I was hoping that someone could knock up something for me, I can get the log read out from h2testw about the cards in question but now I’m stuck with some legit 16gb pro duo memory cards that I cant sell that read true and I cant list them in the classified section as I can’t accept PayPal arhhh this is doing my head in now I thought PayPal would back me up not the supplier.

It annoys me too but not as much as;

instead of, and still not clean enough;

"I was witchy and you were correct, that's what I was commenting on. Real pet hate of mine"

come on guys back on track please roud: should i get my local computer shop to write me a statement saying that they are fake goods or should i see trading standards? do anyone have any ideas instead of hijacking this question with bullshot pointing out spelling mistakes cause if thats the case i can see why i dont really post alot and help people out when i know the answer.......... stomps off throwing dummy out of pram lol

if your local computer shop are willing to write you a letter that would be a good idea

anyway,i would just go threw paypal and get a full refund,report the seller and have there account removed...or at least prevent them from selling fakes

How much out of pocket are you? I don't think you'll get much help from UK based consumer groups but it might be worth contacting Which?

Also, read here. It's very appropriate and very informative regarding fake cards.

about £135 mate just need it sorting so i can get back my paypal and ebay accounts

I don't think its just that he's out of pocket; it's the fact that paypal have penalised his account pending the outcome
