can't install starfall

Managed to get to 3.2e from 3.4e
but in step 3 when I press b + 1 + 2 together at once, many times it takes me to a screen saying failed exiting at least i think thats what it says because it's right up in the left hand corner of the screen and i can only see the last few letters of each word

only need to press B + 1

may take a few attempts, as i have done plenty over xmas, some worked 1st time some took about 4 attempts.

just hold B + 1 at same time.

i use the exact same files m8.

to install starfall, you MUST follow all the steps.

also, to install you MUST be on fw 3.2E as this is the only firmware that will let you install it.

I know my batteries are very low on remote, could this be related do you think?

install cios_fix.wad and run Ios Downgrader in homebrew channel (internet required)

if ur trying to run it from an installed wad file as a channel u will get that error or at least i always have

Have tried this on mine but it keeps getting to 05 on the ticket & then saying Error! (ret=-1022)

Any help please?

Hi, having the same problem, have done 4 wii's recently but this one will not install starfall.

if cios_fix.wad doesn't install properly try using custom WM to install it.

Try using another cios_fix.wad. I had the same error but the cios_fix.wad from http://www.iol.ie/~taz/wii/eoc.zip worked for me (this one is one bit different from the one in the softmodding for dummies guide).

Put it onto my SD & in Wii & it worked 1st time, many thanks m8
