how do i play xbox 1 back ups on this firmware ,when i put game in drive it says the 360 needs updateing to play it ,would it be safe to download the update from xbox.com and install it on my 360 to play or would it interfere with the xtreme firmware

im not sure but ive read on other forums that its ok to do this , some ppl say thay cant load 360 games after teh update until they reset thier xbox 4 or 5 times , but it seems the majority are having no problems with it.

Ive had no problems with any games or updates since flashing 360
