xtraview channels not holding

when i put in my code for xtraview the only channel that shows is cartoon network which is on the xtraview channel.
and i cant get any other of the xtraview channels like dicovery and discoveryRtime
is this normall or am i doing something wrong

you are doing something wrong m8

you are mixed up between xtraview and topuptv

only xtraview can be viewed , so read the banner for the times for each channel , and it will change from cartoon n/w to whatever is on next

details also on xtraview website or tvtimes etc

ie:- its one channel with revolving content , sampling several of the topuptv channels at set times

tells you this on the banner before you "ordered" on channel 36

The codes refer only to xtraview on ch36, and none of the TUTV. However, ch36 will show a selection of all the channels within tutv.
