It defo looks the part.... tough one to call.... but they have a good feedback and been on the go for ovr 2 and a half years ?


Comes with warranty book too, to be honest if it was me I would by it via PP and use my credit card to fund the purchase, if it turn out to be fake you can get your cc to claw the money back without having to argue with PP, its called "Chargeback"

I would say ebay one was fake, have you actually asked him? He may have to put that on site so it doesn't get taken down, he may geniunely tell you they are quality fakes.
