Hi

for some reason the O button is now select on my psp and X is back ?

Pi**ing me of !!!

Strange.

Some buttons can be reconfigured in the Recovery Menu, are you sure you've not accidentally changed something in there?

o is select on japanese models, not sure if yours is jap or maybe you have a foreign firmware on there? just a thought.

How can i check this ?

It is a mates and he wants it flashed.

It is a psp1000...

It's not flashed yet the O is acting as if it's SELECT? :err:

Fook knows in that case mate, I had a Jap 1001 on Firmware 1.00 and X and O were reversed, but the SELECT was fine.

Will flash it now, never entered rec menu though ?

Turn the PSP fully off.
hold the R trigger button while turning it back on.
this will enter the recovery menu.
change the function of the x & o in the hack menu.

Just flashed it and its correct now. My flash takes it 3.80 M33-5.
