Why does SIC Int work on TM1500CI but not on TM6900HD ??

The CAS keys are exactly the same in both receivers even the ECM pid set up is the same but the channel will not clear on the HD receiver,

Can anyone advise as to why it clears on the 1500CI but not on the 6900HD.

just guessing mate, but maybe its yet ANOTHER 'quirk' which has escaped the net when our trusty (NOT!) patchmakers have written their successive patches to cope with this package via ECMs etc!

It would seem that today's patch maker does not fully understand the way that the patch was originally constructed,

Any changes made to the original patch without full knowledge of what it all does will after a while corrupt the patch & stop somethings that used to work in trying to get new things to work = Disaster

Explains a lot of the problems that we are experiencing with most of the TM range,

TM1000 series software was good but receiver a bit dated now,
TM6000 series software used to be good but latest issues are removing what used to work,

TM5000 usb series bad start with symbol rate out of calibration later software removed some of the parts that used to work,
TM5000 usb Super series still had blind scan out of calibration & recording device does not always function,
TM5000 series M2 ? never bothered with this version,
TM-5000 M2 series ???
TM-5000 MT-Series ??? 5th rebuild of the TM5000usb mind boggling,

TM5402HD a good idea but started with several software problems so it would seem that by this time anyone who knew anything about the software build had left the building,

TM5302HD well this confirms that they had left the building as it was not suitable for release & after 20 software upgrades it still does not work as it was intended by the designer who has probably left along with anyone that knew anything about how to build a satellite receiver,

So what are we left with a dream that one day someone will magically sort all the software out,

Well I cannot see that happening can you ?

Again, you've hit the nail very much on the head mate, when we all now realise why Technomate are in such dire straits - as well, I suspect as DENIAL - we suspect that all their software MUST be in the hands of total AMATEURS - who simply havent got a clue as to how to run and maintain an excellent receiver (technically) as the Technomate range, but here we are now apparently in the INCOMPETENT hands of a bunch of no-hopers!
Technomate:- PLEASE prove us all wrong - before you lose everything - we WANT your receivers, but feel we DESERVE so much better from YOU!:Cheers:
