Hang on, what sort of template is needed? A Dreamweaver one or just a normal set of files?

Thanks for the deliciious site looks a great resource, not sure if I should have created a new question but its along the same lines as Templates except for I would like to create a site which has a simple forum, so my question is does it take a lot work/knowhow to set this up and once it is does it take a lot of management ?

Well, a simple forum can be set up with PHPBB. As to managing it, well that would depend on how popular the forum becomes?

You would need to do a bit of research on community management etc.

FreeWebTemplates.com normally has a few decent templates, however if your looking for a forum template its best to search google for templates for that system, e.g Vbulletin Skins
