Wanted: Acer Aspire 6930 Recovery disk

Does anyone have a recovery disk for the above please.

have you tried pressing f11 on boot up should have a recovery partition

As Napster said.......also make sure the recovery option is enabled in BIOS

The hard drive has been replaced so there is no recovery partition!

thats a bummer, i take it you didnt make a disk then, only other thing is to install the OS you want and hopefully it will plug and play most things.

if its not the original hdd then it probably won't work, as i had to put one of the partitions on mine back to its original size as it didn't like it changed.
the 2 partition have to be as from the factory.

I did see that already thanks Napster but you have to register and pay to use the site. It looks a bit dodgy to me as the images are dated today!

i have recovery discs for the aspire 3613 somewhere in my son or daughters room. if they are any good for you i will dig them out. let me know.

i have the disks for a 6930.. but how do i load them.. id be willing to copy them and send if someone can tell me how to use them.. thanks
