Upgrading TomTom Version

Does anyone know if its possbile to upgrade the TomTom version and maps? For example I have an old GO300 TomTom App 5.440 and Map v562 can this be update to the vesion on the current TomTom One?

Yes it can be done. the quickest way to do it, is if you know someone with a tom one, copy the contents of thier mem card to computer, then erase your card, then copy the tom one files you saved to your card... simple..! ( But you will need a 256 MB card minimum to do it. I would recommend going for a bigger SD card then you'll have room for future updates.)
