updating keys on a manual fun card

does anyboday know how to update the keys on a manual fun card when you open the inteep file for your area in notepad all you get is all 1's and 0's can anyboday help updating the keys ?

Been that long since i done 1. but am sure u need the latest RST and then open in note pad and place the latest keys in there ? some 1 will correct me if am wrong !!

run this open the old rst file - add the new data and it will update the file with the data
