Peeps, I have just found a Glitch/bug...feature....in Sygate Personal Firewall Pro.
When you try and update using the Windows update feature while SPF is in normal mode and set to stealth you will get this error.

Windows Update is the online extension of Windows that helps you get the most out of your computer.
You must be running a Microsoft Windows operating system in order to use Windows Update.
In order to get the updates you need to turn the firewall off, or you may need to take it out of stealth mode.
either way you are letting yourself open for attackers.
But as a word of caution, any ZA pro users are you aware that they are in cahoots with MS......
