Must be my upload thats letting it down then.

I'll leave it set to around 400kbps.

If you set it to 400kb, you will only have space for 1 connection as 2 connections will be 800 which exceeds your upload speed........hence buffering will start.

ahh, I see.

I didn't realise that each viewer would need his own 400kb connection to my machine (Doh!).

Would I be able to send the stream to one of the freeTV sites such as Justin.tv etc?
