spiderbox hd 7000 freezes after a few seconds

Hi i'm new to the forum so bare with me.
I've had a spiderbox hd 7000 for about two years, i have active subcriptions ccam and newcamd that unscramble the channels for maybe a 45 seconds then the channel freezes (not the receiver) and doesn't work at all. Normal free to air channels don't have this issue. can somebody help?

hardware ver. 01.20.rm ptc (ok)

Been told to check the ECM times, will post back with the response.

ECM times were fine, the router was causing the problem. Plugged receiver directly into modem and the problem went away. will get a new router tomorrow.
