Scottish Communities League Cup semi-final draw:
Falkirk v Celtic
Ayr United v Kilmarnock
Celtic have been drawn to play giant-killers Falkirk in the semi-finals of the Scottish Communities League Cup.
The other fixture has thrown up an Ayrshire derby, with Kilmarnock meeting Ayr United for a place in the final.
The ties will be played on 28 and 29 January, with Hampden Park the likely venue for both games.
First Division Falkirk have beaten cup holders Rangers and Dundee United en route to the last four of this season's tournament.
Ayr United have also taken Scottish Premier League scalps in the competition, upsetting Inverness, Hearts and St Mirren.
Celtic are the only side in the last four to have won the trophy before, with the last of their 14 triumphs coming in 2009.
Kilmarnock have been beaten finalists on five occasions, while Ayr United and Falkirk have both been to one final and lost.
Ayr United and Kilmarnock last met on Scottish Cup duty in 2009, with the SPL side prevailing after a 3-1 replay win at Rugby Park.
