The Scottish FA Cup continues this weekend with a number of mouth-watering games in the pipeline.

Holders Dundee United tackle Ross County in a repeat of last year's final when the Tangerines claimed a 3-0 success at Hampden Park.

SPL strugglers Hamilton will be hoping for a confidence-boosting success against promotion-chasing Alloa Athletic.

Aberdeen have improved following Craig Brown's arrival and it would be a huge upset if they slipped up at home to East Fife.

Hibernian have been unable to replicate their success of last season and could find it tough against Division Two high-flyers Ayr United.

Inverness Caledonian Thistle welcome the cup with open arms following three successive SPL defeats and they should be too strong for Elgin City.

Lowly St Mirren can forget the trials and tribulations of the SPL for a game at least when they entertain Division Two strugglers Peterhead.

The one all-SPL over Saturday and Sunday comes at Tynecastle as Jim Jefferies' Hearts host inconsistent St Johnstone.

Celtic will need to be on their guard to avoid a potential banana skin against Berwick Rangers, who famously beat Rangers in 1967.

Fallen giants Dundee are unbeaten in Division One on home soil this term and out-of-sorts Motherwell are unlikely to have it all their own way at Dens Park.

while on Monday Rangers take on Kilmarnock at Ibrox in another all-SPL game.
