ps2 usb drive

hi all, im new to ps2 ,but i heard u can use usb stick in ps2 (slim) how do i get my ps2 to regognise a usb stick ? thanx for any info

not really sure to be honest m8, was exploring the possibilities of playing backups

and getting online with ps2 also to explore its capabilities

there is a version of hdloader or hdadvance that works with a usb hard drive. this allows you to store ps2 iso's on the hard drive and boot them directly from there.

saves on the laser from getting worn out and games load alot faster. as for online play, i wouldnt bother, its almost non-existant

you have to buy the program in the last link i posted. the ps2 wont just play backup games from usb hard drive without any help.
