iPhone problems with iphone 4 screen

hi all my iphone 4 as started to have problems with its screen have a look at the pic's do you think its the screen or a hardware failure if i turn the phone off and on it gets a lot better but i still can see some red in the screen you can see it if you click the last pic bottom right

A lot of iPhone 4/4s running ios7 are failing due to overheating. But Apple won't admit this and are trying to charge £150 per handset to replace outside warranty.
Could be same issue ? Altho usually manifests as loss of wifi and Bluetooth.

my wifi and stuff is working fine ive just ordered a new screen ill replace it and report back to you all its got to be worth a go

off the net mate was £20 loads on ebay

Yes, I get them there too but I also got a good few duds.
Can you link to the ones you got on ebay, is it allowed here to do so?
