Philips CCR 600 Lost Code

Hi, i have a Philips CCR600 radio, Type: CCR 600, "No: 09181229" with the serial nr "GM0600Y1269832", W8S, 1st row: 9022 214 06759 02, 2nd row: 003 0047 1269832.
I lost the code when i change the car battery.
Can anybody kindly help me with the code.
