This is basically whats happened
Bad winds knocked mates dish out of alignment paid for Sat installer to align back.
They tried to get picture on box (TM800HD) but couldn't tried on their box (enigma 1) and got picture fine.
Last time we tried to setup this up was about a year ago and remember having issues then, this is what i done so far;
1 - Factory reset
2 - Made sure i can connect to the box via deamsat and ftp ccam
3 - Gone to multimap and made a note on longitude and latitude
4 - Copied over upto date enigma 2 channel list
4 - enabled lnb1 and dvb2 and entered longitude and latitude
5 - left all other setting as default
