I am trying to access the above file to install on my receiver but when i click on it a page opens which says I do not have permission to access it.

Can anyone tell me how to access it?

Just this moment finished installing patch 127p after been using 118p for quite a while.

I'm really pleased that I can now clear certain channels on 23.5W for the first time.

Youtube working again as well. A great big thankyou to Phantom for all his hard work.

does patch 127p require addon 2 in order to work?

Once add on is loaded then it never needs loading again.
Ccam/newcs will only work with add on loaded.
