i know the net id is correct as i got this from my tivo box

but would like to know if the SR is still 6952

as keep getting time out for tuner lock when trying to do bouquets

Pure areas use 6887. The other two use 6952.

6952 is thr correct one for your area.

What receiver and what image?
People mixup up Autobouquets 28.2, AutoBouquetsMaker and Autobouquets C2 (cable). Whcih one are you using a nd what settings?

Sometimes a faulty splitter or cable will prevent ABM from working.

For testing purposes, remove all splitters and plugin directly to incoming cable. Yes you will lose internet for a few mintes. Does ABM complete then?

it finds channels and radio then right at the end, time out for tuner lock
