Just read this article here - Drinking Milk After Weightlifting Boosts Muscle Mass, Burns Body Fat | Wired Science from Wired.com and also noticed some dude commented at the bottom that he jibbed the shakes off and tried milk post work out and says he noticed improvment in gains.
I am very tempted to try this. has to be cheaper than shakes, and if it's better it's a no brainer.
