Make sure you grab the correct version, AFAIK there is a non English PAL copy available aswell.

unl-merc.* is the correct file name for pal with english afaict

merc.* is pal but without english

theres also an allstars re-pack which i belive is the same as unl-merc but renamed

Fun game but not as much fun as Bad Company.

I reckon it's buggy as hell.

It has given me the achievement for Co-op mode and I've only ever played the game offline, it also told me I had completed the game (and gave me the achievemement) after 3 levels!

LOL, that's buggy alright.

I haven't had the same happen to me though luckily, but I do notice plenty of graphical and physics errors, I've also managed to get permantly stuck in tight places a few times where I have had no choice but to medivac out. As you said though the game is fun, i just love bomb running big buildings...muhahahah ....almost as much fun as cluster bombing small villages.

Blimey, you lucky sod with the effortless achievements, I wouldn't mind a bit of that, LOL.

I've not had anything problems like that, I reckon you should return your buggy copy and demand a refund, consumer rights and all LOL!!!

I got stuck in a few places too, trees and bushes mainly, but like meangreenie says bombing buildings and stuff is damn fun.

There is an uncut English version floating about now, files are named slv-merce2.*, there for those that haven't downloaded it yet.

Apparently a number of PAL users had difficulties when playing on Live with the Allstars release, comments suggest this one will be OK.
