Does any body know how to disable the macrovision on the LG DVD player?
Can I do it by keying a bunch of numbers or do I have to get it chipped?

I know of the region hack which is :
remote hack worked for LG DVD-3200E:
1) Power on player with no disc in tray
2) Press PAUSE
3) Key in 314159 (The display will now show "CODE 00")
5) Select your chosen region. For multi-region, select 0
6) Press PAUSE again
7) Power off player
8) Wait, turn it on, and away you go.
