Latest Channel list for Fixed 28.8?

Anyone got a up to date version for 28.2 my cousin has a dm500 he got from a trader :nopity: managed to remove the password so I can ftp to it now but need a up to date channel list and how do you send to e1 box as I sent a few list using DBE lastnight but even after reboot it didnt change.

I think it has a pli image on it not sure what version.
