I wrote a large reply but it wasn't constructive so I never posted it.

If you want to train then eat properly and you won't need all the supplements.

Your question was which 1 is better and the answer is neither they are both rubbish.

A healthy diet is the better option everytime.

My stepson uses eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace I have told him what I think of it, if he brings anything with creatine in the house it will go down the toilet where it belongs.

I don't understand why everything even training has to be a cheat nowadays.
 
I don't think its about cheating, its about using the time you have most effectively. They are designed to give a SMALL edge and of course go hand in hand with good diet.

Speaking to the guys at work who are in the gym everyday, you need to be training at 90% of your maximum capability for supplements to have any effect.
 
I dont use either product, however look on the labels and if either one of them says proprietary blend then avoid it like the plague. Im not gonna go into a long winded essay but if either supplement states this on its labels, trust me you aint getting what you think you are. Just google the words proprietary blend.
