Load the rom11 image in nagraedit, next click on save image, next in File name:have the file name ending in .bin 10,and in Save as type: click on the drop down menu and select;ROM 10 card image files[*.bn10] .Save this image, now you will be able to write this image to your opos card.

Ok I have managed to write the files to another opos card, but why do i keep getting this error on another opos card:

Opening of COM2 was successful
ATR String: 23 C8 FF FF FD E3 0D F5 0D 35 3D 7D B5 DD FF AF
7F DF 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Error reseting card, ATR string invalid
Closing of COM2 was successful

i have installed the lates version of flash files for opos

Sorry i see you have tried winexplorer,i have come across this problem before . Flash the opos card using these opos files dated 19.10.2005 . Then write your rom image to the opos using winexplorer,If that writes your rom image ,then flash the opos with latest files and write your rom image using winexplorer, I alway write the first rom image to the opos after flashing new opos files , with winexplorer. After using winexplorer to write the first rom image, i use nagraedit every time.

Why would you want to write A Rom11 image to an emulator thats designed to run with a Rom10 image ?

There's no advantage to it.

And why would you want a blockered image for an OPOS card ?

The whole point of an OPOS card is that they cant be locked by Emm's so there is no need for a blocker.

Not quite sure what your trying to do but thats not the Nagra ATR. It may be the OPOS ATR in which case you've erased the Nagra application and will have to reload it.

HI, the errors I was getting in nagra have disapeared after wiping the card twice, I am now using the following opos loader fix released by coolguy on 12/04/08 on bigmaq,
However I have tried about 2 to 3 ROM 10 images and its not readable in my box.

Question is 1. do i need a different rom file to make it work (r10)
or 2. is it because of winexplorer not being run?

I have still been unsucessful in running winexplorer (it may be due to the r10 image im using)
