Highland park £10.70 at Asda

my mate works in the bond where this is bottled and the staff price is 18 so that is really cheap

I wish that they would go back to their original formula they used some years back as I switched to that after my long time favourite "Inchgower 12 years old single malt" stopped being readily available in the mid 1990s.

You can get the 14 year old and other years, which do not taste anything like the one I liked from when I first discovered it in my friend's pub almost 50 years back ☹️

Inchgower 12 years old

That is still a good price for the new HP "sauce" though. ;)

Used to like Highland Park back in the day. Tastes weird now. Not sure if it's me or the whisky that's changed.

They changed it about 7 or 8 years back I think, when the Viking stuff came out it was not as nice.
This was the original really nice one.
