i pay 5 amonth and it gives u workouts once u tell it what u wanna achieve.theres loads off things worth lookin at onit.u can print off workouts and it has a 3d skeleton that shows everybit off the body and all u do is click what muscle u wanna work and it will tell u what exercise to..now ive been gymin it for couple year now and wish i had found this site before cause to me its worth it..
i thnk the dea li got was with the daily record..so it could b 6 pound for one month now..but even payin one month and havin a look is worth it
