Help with AU MOSC

I have two MOSC's.

One currently subscribed and working fine.

The second is a copy of the first on an expired card. This does not AU and expires every month.

I have checked the keys on the card and everthing in Provider O*D*g*t* 1 appears to match the first card.

Does anything else need to be altered for it to AU?

I am using MKFv4.1 if this makes any difference.

Any Ideas?
