Heard BT shutting down broadband

Just heard BT shutting down broadband due to serious problem that apparently affects whole of UK

So if you suddely go offline then that could be the reason

and they have no idea when will be back on and apparently BT will not admit to it (this is according to AOL)

apparently already affecting: Norfolk

No idea if this affects just AOL broadband only or every broadband user
