Just gone to my router log and it shows this :

when you goto this ip adress it goes to some weird site, has this guy/gurl been trying to hack me, im clueless.

you aint been hacked mate,
its prob just a bot or worm scanning your range for vulnerable boxes, nothing to worry about unless you havent been keeping your os and server applications up to date
