Ebay 5100

Hi Friend of mine has purchase a sigma 5100 from ebay, changed the mac and set the D/stream freq to tw but the modem wont select the D/stream and keeps flashing, tried reseting the modem logged in to the telnet and all i get is

o back to 1st favorite

ttempting Downstream FEC lock @ freq= 157250000 Hz, QAM64/256

keeps cycling through all the freq and over and over again

have u made sure the internet feed is connected 2 the modem?

feed is connected and tested with my other modem

how many lights come on on the modem

power light solid
receive light flashing

network flashing when telneting

thats it

on the modem i can set the freq plan but it still does not lock

going to reflash the modem i have found and downloaded sigmax2_125_cracked_dump is this what i use to reflash the modem with the bootstrap ??

Flashed modem to sigma x2 build 128, it works like a beauty once again thanx !!!!
