DSi AceKard 2i - not loading

Got a DSi on 1.4E with a AceKard 2i that was working fine but now when I try to launch from the main DSi screen I get an error message - cant even get as far as getting to the menu system to launch game

I have reformatted the SD card and still get same error message

Is the ACekard faulty ?
