downloading a stream?

found some sites that you watch music video's but I really wanna download the videos instead of streaming them. When I right click and do save as I just save a play list.

Anybody got any ideas? I was think that there might be a save as feture on some media players but I have not come across them as of yet.

Sorted this problem found a program called Stream Down which downloads the vidoe for me
