converting DTS to ac3

Whats the best way to convert dts sound has ive just found out my new media player won't play the bloody thing.
must be easy n good

use attached, update it to make sure it is the latest, load your mkv file, choose to either keep or get rid of dts, tick downmix to stereo, press go......viola......easy.

i used to use headac3 to keep all the channels while converting from dts. i remember it beign a pain to set the prog up with the plugins but easy to use after that.
