Boxing bag repair advice

Hi there, the other week some stitching come undone from the top of my boxing bag and now the same area has come unstitched again. I got the mrs to do it with a normal needle and thread. Is it worth buying some of this glue enstead:

Or buying some kind of haevy due cotton thread or something?

Happened on my bag as well. I hot glued it on the seam and then used nylon thread (similiar to that used for kites) and for good measure wrapped some gaffer/duck tape as well around it. Its held for the last couple of months no problem.

use 30lb thin fishing line and a hooked needle roud:

yeah same advice from me too - get some Gorilla Tape from the hardware store and that will do the trick. Its super strong.

i was gonna say gafa tape, wrap the whole thing in it.

l always wrap in duck tape even when new , but only head height tho , in the end the straps brake before the bag does
