Bandwidth

i currently have a router with 3 computers connected, one of the main problems is one on the three users always views others webcams and as a result is slowing down the internet so that google even takes ages to load. Is there anyway i can stop webcam by certain ports or something.

you could run a bandwidth limiter program on those machines that are sapping your bandwidth m8
