Awww ive hit a low wall

After posting several problems on here with my golf, last night when I was coming out of a non lit car park behind a mates house I heard a crunch, I reversed back and saw a very low wall. I have dented the sill under the door as shown in the pictures.

Is this an expensive fix?

there was no damage to the wall. it was not even really a wall just about 3 bricks high, i dont even know what the purpose of it being there.

in a specialist repair garage probably between 3 & 500 possibly more
if you fixed it yourself buttons
a couple of ways

1 cut out bad section, cut replacement from breakers from the same area and weld into place with a support section behind welded area. fill smooth & paint

2 use a slide hammer pull it out, fill smooth & paint

3 just fill with fiberglass smooth & paint

4 and probably best ask around local area plenty of people fix this sort of thing all the time maybe get it done with the 1st method quite cheap about £150 200

my prices may be well out get a quote from the local repair centre 1st get an idea of the prices

i went to 3 garages today

1 was £180 then other was £150 but one said he would bring it back out and respray for £80, i have used this garage before on my focus and they done a good job.
