antivirus live

as the title says antivirus live bloody fuc*ed up my PC and wasted everything Ive downloaded i couldn't do anything to get it out my PC ,,system restore ,safe mode etc.i had to do a full system recovery to factory settings.i think it was a game i tried to download that had the virus,spy-ware in it..i done a spy-ware and ,virus scan when i was infected and it got rip of the pop ups but it wouldn't let me on the Internet it was a firewall problem it said couldn't connect to http,,https,ftp etc.i even contacted vermin to help they done everything they could for a change but it was no use so watch out for this one guys as its hard to get rid off apart from recovering your PC to factory settings
