You can get four pin "molex" to SATA connectors from eBay for 99p inc postage.
Otherwise any ATX PSU should work. However, I'd recommend going branded rather than budget.

Normal ATX PSU or propriety Dell one? What are the dimensions of it?
Internet says the Bestec ATX0300P5WB Rev.: X3 is a standard ATX PSU. But the internet can be a d*** at times
Unless its a small form factor then dell tower PC do generally take a standard ATX PSU and that sticker looks like it is.
Can you post a picture of the back of the PC, you can usually tell by where the screws for the PSU are.
Also as mentioned, if all you are after is a SATA connector then you can get a molex to twin sata for 99p off ebay.
