2011 40 - 42" 3DTV LED TV or wait until 2012?

Guys im in the market for a new 40"-42" HD 3D LED SLIM TV with the a budget of around 1k.
Needs to be able to be one of the latest smart TV's that cover media players, pause live tv and have web tv (wireless build in).

Not sure where to look really as so many TV's are about and not many from where i've looked have a good all around review result.

Can any one advise is it wise to invest now or wait until Jan/Feb 2012?

Unless one of the guys that sells AV equipment says different (e.g. hawkish), I'd wait until the January sales.

i bought my panny g20 about this time last year from richer sounds and it went up by £50 after xmas...

just because it says sale it dont really mean its at a cheaper price

the word (sale) draws people in to believe they are getting it cheaper .....
